Will began his career in the British Army, serving as an infantry officer, before joining a specialist unit and later working in the Ministry of Defence. After leaving the military, he spent time with tech companies Palantir and Helsing. He holds a Master’s in Military and Security Studies from King’s College London.

Tom graduated from Cambridge with a triple First in Natural Sciences. After discovering a love of programming during his PhD he switched to software engineering. He spent 4 years at Betfair then 7 years at Palantir, where he led engineering teams building flagship frontend applications, and most recently spent 2 years at Causal.

Sophia began her career at Garrison Technology, where as Head of Central Operations she helped grow and scale the business from fewer than 20 to nearly 200 employees, and ultimately through to a successful exit. She brings this experience to her role as Head of Operations at Arondite. Sophia holds a BA in History from American University.

Seb graduated from Imperial College with a First in Computer Engineering. At Palantir, he led the data engineering team for the national reporting and distribution of COVID vaccines. After Palantir, he joined Entrepreneur First to build UAV data-processing tooling for natural disaster response.

Rob leads Arondite's engineering organisation. After studying engineering at Cambridge, he started his career at BAE Systems, where he went on to be a Lead Engineer. Before founding Arondite, he was Head of the Product Group at Garrison Technology, which he joined in 2014 as its first employee.

João is a seasoned software leader with over 14 years experience. Before joining Arondite he led engineering teams at Improbable Defence and fintech company Causal. João holds a Bachelor's in Automation and Robotics Engineering, and Masters in Electrical Systems, with specialisms in automation and communications.

Mike spent 16 years at the Ministry of Defence, where he led 2 major transformation programmes as a 2* Director. Prior to this he served as Chief of Staff to the 4* Vice Chief of Defence Staff and as the Head of Strategy for the Royal Navy. He started his career at the Defence Science and Technology Lab.

Jules joined Arondite after four years at LILT AI, where he led international government expansion into EMEA and Australia. Jules also served in the British Army as an infantry officer before moving into a specialist role, and later worked advising and investing in startups with a focus on AI. He holds a First-class degree in Music and Russian.

Henry has over a decade of experience across strategic communications, marketing, and public affairs. He previously led corporate affairs teams at Northrop Grumman and Ultra Group, having begun his career at global advisory firm Brunswick Group. Henry holds a degree in Geopolitics from University College London.

Emmanuel has extensive experience designing intuitive user experiences for complex enterprise platforms. Prior to joining Arondite, he was a product designer at Glyphic AI & AI logistics software start-up Raft. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in UX Design from University of the Arts London.

John holds a PhD in Physics from Imperial College London, with a research focus on plasmonics and metamaterials. He spent six years at IBM before joining Skyral (formerly Improbable Defence), where he led projects across a range of defence customers.

Ben served as an infantry officer and specialist team leader in the British Army before moving into the training and development of future military leaders. He holds a First in Chemical Engineering and earned the Sword of Honour at Sandhurst for top overall performance.

Edward holds a BA in Law from Cambridge and spent 12 years in legal practice prior to joining Arondite as General Counsel and Commercial Director. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing deals in private investments, public RFPs, venture capital, tech licencing, and tech procurement.
